Video Data

The camera feed is used only for visual display during the call. We do NOT record, store, or save any video footage. The video stream exists only during the live call and is not saved anywhere.

Usage Information

We collect information about how you use our service, including call duration, credits used, and login activity.

Payment Information

Payment transactions are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

OpenAI

Voice conversations are processed in real-time by OpenAI's GPT-4o-mini-realtime-preview model. Child profile information (name, age, wishlist, notes) is sent to OpenAI to personalize the conversation. OpenAI does not store voice data. Please review OpenAI's privacy policy for more information.

Stripe

Payment information is processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store complete payment card details.

Service Providers
